Lost 15 lbs. Yay. Sucks because I did it by eating almost nothing but pb&j sandwiches. Now hate them.

Had lunch with assistant Crown attorney today. Was a nice lunch. He paid though I tried to.
Networking success! He’s gonna email me about interesting stuff coming up at court.
Boss is happy. 
Oh reason for title: lots of BAD FOOD today. Probably gained all weight back.

Right now, I’m pretty bitchy because of the pain.
You see, I had the third of four wisdom teeth removed today. I’m rather excited it’s gone because it’s been causing me a LOT of pain. Excruitiating, headache, face numbing pain. The dentist was just like “So, you want this out today?” And I nodded.
Now, of course, with no freezing, I almost want it back. Except it hurt more when it was in. I think. We’ll see. Here’s the story:

One of the things I have learned in the last 10 years is that anyone who posts comments on the Internet is a jerk.
I know that’s a strong comment, but I stand by it. Remove the constraints of accountability, and even the nicest people – the grandmas next door, the mother with the adorable kid, the straight A student – will spout off, insult people, and act like a complete ass.
Sometimes, I think the sound that goes with the old dial up modem shouldn’t be the screech of electronically transmitted data, but the bray of a donkey.
What prompts me to write these bitter, frustrated comments? My job. I love my job, to be honest, but every once in a while (daily), it makes me shake my head and wonder at people.
